Travel:

We are trying to negotiate discounted crossings with the relevant ferry companies for our European and Irish members but due to the numbers involved and several crossing routes used, it may not be possible to obtain a discount code specifically for us. We do however often receive special offers and discount codes from the ferry companies and as soon as we have anything useful we'll post it here. So please check back regularly for updates.

Please post your travel route on our forum and let's try and get several convoys driving to Wales for 3ma15. If any of our European friends want or need assistance for accommodation outside Wales within the UK for their travel to or from Wales, please contact us and we'll try to help. 

Accommodation:

We have chosen the Wild Pheasant Hotel in Llangollen, Wales as our accommodation for 3ma15. In a peaceful, idyllic setting, the hotel combines the traditional charm and attractive original features of a 19th century building with the contemporary chic of extensive and luxurious spa facilities which our members will be able to use.  Set in the tranquil, naturally beautiful, surroundings of gently rolling pasture land in the Vale of Llangollen, the hotel is in a superb location to serve as our base for exploring North Wales. 

We have negotiated a special inclusive deal for dinner, bed and breakfast and we'll also have ample free  parking for our 131s.

Price per person per night for Dinner Bed and Breakfast:

• £55 (approximately €70) for 2 sharing in a double or twin room
   

• £70 (approximately €89) for single occupancy room

The special rate rooms have to be booked with the hotel directly and are not available for booking online. We have reserved several rooms for 3ma15 until the end of February 2015 and to book at our special agreed rate please contact the hotel directly and ensure you quote "Fiat 131 Club". A credit card will be required to hold your booking and a £25 non-refundable deposit per person will be charged at the time of booking. Our reserved rooms are block booked for the 3ma dates (5 nights from 26th to 30th May 2015) but the same rates and deal is available for booking before and after the 3ma15 dates if any members want to extend their holiday in Wales. If you do want to extend your stay at the Wild Pheasant hotel, please book your room(s) early. Llangollen is a very popular tourist destination and 3ma15 will take place during a UK school holiday week so all hotels in the area are likely to get booked.
